Leo and his team carried out the renovation of our garage and we are very pleased with the end result. The agreed scope of works was all completed to a very high standard, on time and within budget. I hired Leo and his team to build a custom garden room which incorporated a Gym, living and games area. From the very beginning to the very end of the project Leo ensured the project was run like clockwork and I was updated on a regular basis. The project came in on price as agreed and he was also flexible to allow for additional or adapted works.
I cannot fault Leo and his team’s efforts and determination to deliver outstanding quality and workmanship in a timely manner. Builds will generally have some snags given the number of variables but in this case they were minimal and completely outside of Leo’s control and were due to Covid 19 restrictions however Leo managed them really well for us.
Communication and updates were excellent. The site was left cleared and they have left us with only positive thoughts.

Leo, Craig and Jody built us a large wrap around extension in 2019 and then also re-constructed our loft extension in 2022. The work was performed to a very high standard and we’re delighted with the outcome. In the three years since the extension, we’ve had no problems with the work that was done.
Leo and his colleagues are very thoughtful workers and considerate of the needs of neighbours. They are also good problem solvers, when an unexpected issue arises. Leo was also very approachable when we had questions.

Complete Construction Developments were receptive to all of our requirements, including a few last minute direction changes in the design stage, competitive on pricing, and turned up every day when they said they would. From start to finish the build was 5/6 weeks and Leo continues to provide support for minor snags after completion. Recommended.
We approached a number of building companies before we contracted our build to complete construction, they came to us via recommendation. From the outset we found the whole team to be helpful and professional and receptive to our needs as we ‘lived through’ the build which had its moments. Our build was a double story side and rear extension plus loft conversion, with associated works kitchen fitting/bathrooms etc which came in on price as promised.
